Return Policy

Not satisfied with your Hersh’s purchase? We accept returns and exchanges.
Hersh’s Boutique is not responsible for shipping returned items back to Hersh’s Boutique. All items must be insured for retail price for shipment.
Items which are not SALE may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.

SALE merchandise may be returned for a store credit ONLY. Store credits do not expire.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Our online and in store return policy is 5 days. To complete your return please email contact@hershsboutique.com and include your order number, within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Once the order is returned to us, the refund will be processed immediately for the full amount, minus the shipping.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include original packaging (shoe box/tags). Hersh’s reserves the right to decline any refunds or exchanges if any requirements (previously mentioned above) are not met.
