How We're Handling COVID at Hershs

Dear Friends, Family, & Customers,

These have certainly been strange and unprecedented times. Our entire business has been built on creating a special and personal shopping experience based on customer service, honesty, and making our customers feel great. 

We are excited to open our doors and begin doing what we do best, providing our customers with the best possible personal service. As we adjust during these times, we would like to invite you to set up an in-store private shopping appointment. Time slots will guarantee you the option to be in store, with one of us, and not interact with other customers.

We will still continue to service customers that do not feel comfortable coming into the store by scheduling phone/FaceTime shopping appointments, as well as, fulfilling personalized packed bags of clothing for you to try in the comfort of your own home.

In addition, we are taking every precaution necessary to create a safe and clean environment for our customers. We will be cleaning all surfaces between appointments, and regularly throughout the day while wearing masks and social distancing. To ensure we are staying the recommended 6ft apart, we have placed designated markers around the store. We also have removed our couches and replaced them with seating that can be wiped clean easily and often throughout the day and we will provide plenty of hand sanitizers around the store.

We will continue to follow CDC guidelines on how to maintain a healthy and safe environment. We are thrilled to have our doors open and we look forward to your personal shopping appointment.
